My current editing workstation is a new dual-monitor 27" iMac with i7 Processor, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory, GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB Graphics, 500 GB SSD Storage running Final Cut Pro X. I've had experience using Adobe Premiere Pro as well as other NLE software, but much prefer FCPX. It's simply the most versatile NLE system that I've used. While I really enjoy editing narrative-based features, I'm available to work on any project, any genre. I've edited several documentary featurettes, trailers and short films as well as seven feature-length movies. My rates are competitive and negotiable. CONSULTING
Over the past 20 years, I've advised a handful of filmmakers who were trying to get their projects off the ground. A few of them actually have completed their own films. I consider it an honor to have played a part in helping these talented people realize their dreams. At this point, I'm not concerned with monetizing my "voice of experience" rather than trying to expand my network. Filmmaking is a collaborative endeavor. You can't make a movie by yourself and I can't edit a movie you haven't shot yet.
